DIRECTIONS TO JAWBONE CANYON OHV AREA

• Take the 405 Freeway NORTH to the 5 Freeway.

• Take the 5 Freeway North to the CA State Route 14.

• Take CA State Route 14 NORTH for approximately 67 miles to Mojave.

• At Mojave, CA State Route 14 bears to the RIGHT.

• Continue on CA State Route 14 for approximately 15 miles.

• You will pass “Jawbone Canyon Store” on your left.

• Approx. one mile after, turn left onto JAWBONE CANYON ROAD.

• After turning, you will see the BLM Visitors Center on your immediate right.

• Jawbone Canyon OHV area is approximately one mile south and north of Jawbone Canyon Rd., for about 6 miles.

• You can take any of the main dirt roads and explore.  Stay off of the smaller dirt roads unless you are in a 4WD vehicle.
